Back in the Songwriting Saddle

I’m not gonna lie. I haven’t written a single note or lyric since February (except for a co-write in May) and I’ve been a bit down since the concert back on September 10.

Then, I had a great meeting today with my friend, Elijah, and that’s all it took.

Of course, it would have been nice to have the inspiration strike me at 7 p.m. instead of 2 a.m.  but I’m going to run with it.
