While I was taking yet another picture of a rock (this time at the Brink of Upper Falls…I’m not sure why I was so obsessed with them except I thought they were pretty), our housesitters called in a complete panic to tell us that our outside freezer was acting up. Food was melting and they were transferring meat from the outside freezer to the inside one.
We rushed to explain that our freezer goes through “defrost cycles” and that was most likely the cause.
Either that, or while we’re over here in Yellowstone (spending money on shirts, new hiking boots, and Smartwool socks), we’re losing an entire freezer full of homegrown fruit and expensive meat.
