The producer brought in two musicians he knows—I had never met them—and we wrote a song and recorded it all in one day (because I had to get my bahookie on the airplane the following afternoon).
It was so much fun. Both musicians commented that they had never written a praise song like this and they wanted to do it again. Me? I had a permanent smile plastered on my face all day.
“Nothing Compares” comes out August 30 and I can hardly wait.
