Discovered Tunnels Beach today. It was one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been to.
Some lady told us it was called that because of the lava tubes that people scuba dive into. Eek, you won’t catch me ever doing that. Claustrophobia city. Combine my great fear of closed spaces with my fear of the ocean? Big, fat nope.
Instead, I put 12,000 steps on my Fitbit—not an easy feat in the sand—by noon. (Yes, I marched right over to Costco to get another one.)
What a glorious day.
